I used to have to see a Physiotherapist at least once a fortnight, due to back surgery, but since starting Jen’s classes I don’t need to go at all! The beauty of Jen’s classes is that you don’t need any fancy equipment and can therefore do these exercises anywhere! These classes have helped me with other recreational activities that I love, such as mountain biking and tramping.
